From the Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Privatization Administration

Within the framework of Decree Law Dated 4/4/1988 and No. 320, At the tender process of granting the license including passive drawing game, instant scratch card game, lotto, numeric games and similar games allowed by the regulation for the right to plan and organize Games of Chance in exchange for cash and arrange drawings, which currently resides with the National Lottery Administration General Directorate, the below mentioned amendments have been made;

• The Pre-qualification submission deadline has been postponed to February 16, 2009 until 16:00.
  
  
• Games of Chance Data Room and Data Site application deadline has been postponed to March 2, 2009 until 16:00.
  
  
• Games of Chance Data Room and Data Site access has been changed to March 6 - March 30, 2009.
  
  
• The bidding deadline for the submission of bids has been postphoned to April 15, 2009 until 16:00.
